At the age of nine I was diagnosed with an autoimmune skin condition called Vitiligo, where the body attacks the melanin skin cells causing you to lose pigment.
At a young age, my only escape to cope with the unpredictable & scary reality of my changing body drove me to find my voice in song writing.
In life there are many transitions & unexpected turns, but how we respond to these changes determines how resilient we’ll be. From my first time recording (top picture) to my completed EP (bottom picture) I’ve evolved as an artist
Just as the progression of my skin shows my newness, this album “From the Heart” demonstrates how I’ve been made new.
